Playday is the national day for play in the UK, traditionally held on the first Wednesday in August. Playday 2015 is on 5 August. It is a celebration of children’s right to play, and a campaign that highlights the importance of play in children’s lives. Playday is coordinated by Play England, Play Wales, Play Scotland and PlayBoard Northern Ireland.
Playday Events are being held around the country on 5 August. Check out the list to find Playday events in Devon and Cornwall. If you know of any that we’ve missed, or any in Dorset please add the information below in the comments section!
